Tools for School assists qualified families that live in Hamilton County with backpacks, school supplies, and other important school needs according to your children’s supply list(s). We will also assist with new shoes, socks, and underwear. Book in Hand will provide a new book for every child. We also give fresh foods, produce and toiletries for the entire family!

What makes “Tools for School’ different than other programs? We allow the children a choice of their own backpack, and their own supplies according to their supply list. They get to choose the color, size, and type of things they like to work with using a preference sheet that is mailed to your home! We will provide shoes if you come to the event which they also get to chose the color. This year, Tools for School will be held at the curb. We need to keep you and your children as safe as possible before school begins, yet prepare you to have an excellent educational year. We are helping pre-school through college-age students this year. Ages 3 - 21 and special needs students to 22.
